Concept have been the bar consultants, builders and suppliers on this Multi Million pound project, which features The Jetty Restaurant  and a special Crustacea Bar from renowned chef Alex Aitken,  in a fabulous waterside location in this premier Devon resort town. NJG undertook a major re build of the old Hotel, and have also built various stunning apartments on the site.Craning in the Wine Cabinets proved to be a challenge !
