Concept were delighted to work with celebrity chef Mark Hix and his fantastic team and to provide all the under bars and equipment, including bespoke refrigeration  to his New Restaurant in Bankside, London. The Main Restaurant Bar serves as a bar and dispense for the Large Open Restaurant designed by Stiff & Trevillion, and Mark's Bar in the Basement which is already proving extremely popular.
